I'm trying to teach cluster analysis to my students, and I was going to use https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/dendextend/vignettes/Cluster_Analysis.html but:
loading dendextend gives the error
package or namespace load failed for ‘dendextend’:
object ‘cividis’ is not exported by 'namespace:viridisLite'
and of course, everything turns to custard after that. The first major is that rotate doesn't work, but of course, let's fix the firs problem, and then hopefully everything else will fall into place.
