I am new to R so please excuse if my question is stupid...
We have two different packages and each package is its own rproject.
It seems, that one depends on the other but i dont see how! I checked the description files but nothing there.
Any ideas?

What makes you think that one depends on another? Do you get an error?
Yes, i get the error, that, say package X , cannot be build because it depends on some CRAN packages. But the only mentioned CRAN packages are im the Depend part in the description file of package Y. And if I delete package Y it says when building package X, that Y is missing.
It seems that there was another problem. I cleaned up and now it works...
