DEseq2 in R studio Cloud

Dear all,

I am investigating the possibility of using RStudio Cloud to teach RNA sequencing technologies using the DESeq2 package.

My attemps to compile this package failed due to wrong permissions (see below).

I saw a related topic in the discussions in 2019 suggesting that DESeq could be used on the cloud.
Can someone share his experience on this topic ?

We can't see any error message, just a link to a private project we can't even access. Can you please post the console output you get?
