Differencial abundance in microbiome samples

Good morning everyone,

I need to plot a chart showing differencial abundance of genes in 10 samples with triplicates. Somebody know some package, tutorial or script that I can use to do this?

Hi @jessybbio. You can try DESeq2 package.
