I am in sitution, when I am developing an application and I want to share my application with the others. But because of governance, i cannot share my application with everybody, only with specific group and collaborators. It is possible, to disable an option: Anyone - no login required in Rstudio Connect ? (see attached screenshot) - I just want options: All - users login required, Specific groups and You

If I understand you correctly, you are the admin of this Connect instance, and you want to limit this feature for all publishers.
To achieve this, you can set the MostPermissiveAccessType option in your configuration file. See the Connect admin guide for instructions.
In your case, your configuration file might have something like this:
[Applications]
MostPermissiveAccessType = logged_in
