Hi, I performed PLS-DA analysis by DiscriMiner package on RStudio. Which parameter can I use for the analysis validation? I need to have a percentage which indicate the goodness of the analysis, i.e., how good the groups can be distinguished based on the analysis (the equivalent proportion of variance in PCA analysis). Please see the enclosed graph.
