When I clicked on one item of document outline, the document will scroll to the correct position, but the outline view itself always jump to the start, so item in lower half is not shown in view.

Thanks for the bug report! I've reproduced this in the latest preview release of RStudio; we'll try and figure out what's going on.
We're now tracking this at https://github.com/rstudio/rstudio/issues/2912; we'll try to get this fixed up in time for the v1.2 release.
