Dear R Community,
I am doing an experiment for the fungicide sensitivity assay. I would like to prepare a dose-response curve.
kindly find the data format(concentration, Strain1, strain 2, strain 3) for your reference.
concentration in ug/ml and strain growth in Mm(millimeter)

I use R extensively but have no knowledge of medical/biological study.

Do you mean that you want to plot your data? Fit some kind of model? Or something else?
