How to create a coding table showing dummy coding and effect coding for the following 3 profiles for rectal cancer screening:
1- no preparation, long tube sedation.
2- enemas, stool.
3- diet with laxatives, long tubed sedation.
I'm struggling to follow the question. It would be helpful to pose this question as a reprex, with sample data.
