Degree or equivalent in a statistical or mathematical subject.

· Experience in pricing digital advertising products

· Lead the thinking in the media pricing space, have a good market understanding and context to position our solutions to win in the market.

· An entrepreneurial spirit and work within a fast paced, changing environment

· Ability to work with commercial and technical stakeholders as well as the Leadership Team

· Good understanding pricing analytics and monitor the approach of competitors

· Automation of performance monitoring and reporting for the pricing regime

· Ability to work with development teams to develop pricing algorithms and new pricing systems and automated reports and dashboards

· Strong Excel, project management and commercial skills

This is a broad analytical role, suitable for an analyst with 2 years experience. The role requires a balance of both technical competency and client facing skills. The candidate must be motivated to engage with the client to understand their business questions and to conduct the analysis. The successful candidate will take responsibility for performing the technical exercise of gathering the data, interpreting them into insights and delivering clear and compelling results.

· Deploy data science and machine learning algorithms and market products on chosen tech stack for efficient and cost-effective delivery.

· This is a hybrid role that enables you to engage directly with the client and to engage in technical skills to bring answers to their questions. Exceptional communication and consultancy skills are required in addition to technical proficiency.

· Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure full understanding of client requirements, ensuring clear and effective communication.

· Participate in client meetings to help explain the proposed methodology and solutions.

What you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science/Analytics , Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Physics, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with and passion for connecting your work directly to the customer experience, making a real and tangible impact.
  • Some experience with programming (Python, SQL, R), and the ability to quickly pick up handling large data volumes with modern data processing tools, e.g. by using Hadoop / Spark / SQL / Python.
  • Analytical Techniques and statistical modelling
  • Data Interpretation/ Insight Analysis, Data visualization, Story Telling
  • Client relationship building and management, and presentation skills

A plus if you also have:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in in Data Science/Analytics , Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Physics, Engineering or related field.
