Editing a plot made from a time series

Hi so I've just made a timeseries and plotted it with a simple

plot(H1)

which produces

Now I only want the graphs about PROD and POW, and I want to edit them etc but I am not exactly sure how I can do this- it's my first time using time series data so I'm a little lost.

Please show how you made this time series. The best way to do that is to make a reproducible example.
