I'm having an issue for some time, and perhaps I can find support here. When I write equation in the Notebook eg. $$\frac{a}{b}$$, I can see it correctly displayed in the notebook, however when previewing the file in html the equation is not correctly displayed and appears like I wrote above. Yes.. the output is html. Thanks in advance!
This is correctly shown in the preview I get from a Notebook
I added your equation in the default Notebook created with RStudio.
Can you share more details on your issue ?
