I'm not sure what happened. I was copy/pasting a block and when hit "copy" (maybe I accidentally hit another key?), my cursor could no longer select any text. Further, one block I had converted to text and won't run as a block. Also, I can no longer create new blocks and the delete button doesn't work on the text that was converted.
Any thoughts?
Can you restart RStudio and see what happens?
Restarting it solved the initial problem, but now R has entered thousands of "/" into my code, and it is still jumbled and non-sensical.
