ERROR: configuration failed for package 'sf'

Hello All,

We have Rstudio-connect running on RHEL 7.7 & we have R 3.6.0/3.5.2 installed on the server.

When we are trying to publish one of our app on the same instance we are facing the below issue.

We have tried installing gdal but we are getting older version of gdal i.e 1.11 via EPEL. & sf is not compatible with gdal 1.11.

Please let us know how can we get gdal > 2 on RHEL ?
