Hi, I am very new to Rstudio and i since my compouter is sync to my google drive, i accidentally cleanup important file (i think) and leads to this error:
Error: CU init failed: U_FILE_ACCESS_ERROR
which present while trying to load any packages in both R and Rstudio. I wanted the reprex() the error but it creates error too, as shown as below:

Can someone pls enlighten me the way to restore the connection without needing to uninstall and reinstall both R and Rstudio?
