Error in get(.Generic)(e1, e2)

Hello i am trying to do plm regression in R studio but it keeps telling me :
Error in get(.Generic)(e1, e2) : non-numeric argument to binary operator
In addition: Warning message:
In myave.pseries(x, effect = effect, mean, ...) :
NAs introduced by coercion

I am new in R, i am working on my thesis , help is welcome.
