Error in install.packages : cannot open file

Hi, I am trying to install the swirl package, but I keep getting the same error:
(I am running R Studio as administrator)

Installing package into ‘C:/Users/user/Documents/R/win-library/4.0’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
also installing the dependencies ‘sys’, ‘askpass’, ‘curl’, ‘openssl’, ‘httr’, ‘RCurl’

Are you working on a drive that you don't have access to? Work computer or something?
