Error in install.packages : package ‘MASS’ not installed because it is not built for UCRT

Hi,
I can't install MASS from binary zip file, it errors as in the title. How to fix this, please ? I am on windows 10, R 4.2.1.

Anybody here knows something maybe about that UCRT ? Apparently not only me having this error.
