Hello everyone, I'm having trouble installing the mvpart and rpart packages to perform multivariate regression tree analysis. When I try to install the packages the message appears that my version of r is not compatible. Already downloaded several verson but the problem persists. Anyone help me get around this situation?
mvpart is no longer in the CRAN repositories you would have to install it from archive, although you should be able to install rpart Could you post the whole error message you are getting?
I was able to install mvpart and rpart from the file, but not MVPARTwrap. The message that appears is:
install.packages("MVPARTwrap")
Installing package into ‘C:/Users/thiag/OneDrive/Documentos/R/win-library/3.0’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
Warning in install.packages :
package ‘MVPARTwrap’ is not available (for R version 3.0.3)
MVPARTwrap was also archived on 2014 you would have to manually download and install from the Archive
