Error in R session: unable to establish connection with R

Error: Unable to establish connection with R session - This is the message I am getting irrespective of closing and opening it multiple times.

Let me know how can I solve it

What versions of R and Rstudio are you using?, on what operating system?

I am using Windows 10 and my R Studio is 1.2.5033 and R is 3.6.3
