Error in rmarkdown when run to get pdf file.

Hi guys
I have a rmarkdown file the when run it to get pdf exit, give me an error.
I update tinytex package and tlgm but get this error.

tlmgr: Local TeX Live (2020) is older than remote repository (2021).
Cross release updates are only supported with
  update-tlmgr-latest(.sh/.exe) --update
