Error in running package gmap

i have installed rstudio Version 1.3.1056 while running package gmapdistance it gives following error, please guide

there is no package called ‘XML’
In addition: Warning message:
package ‘gmapsdistance’ was built under R version 3.6.3

there is no package called ‘XML’

You are missing the XML package, this package requires R >= 4.0.0 to be installed so you need to update R first.

BTW, please be aware that your RStudio version is not related with your package library.
