It looks like when you start a new session you are loading your previous environment.
Try
Tools > Global Options > Basic and uncheck "Restore.Rdata"

any other solution?
Reboot computer may do it.
Also try one package at a time and see if you get any error messages.
Would you also supply us with the output of sessionInfo() plus what version of RStudio you are using?
