Error Installing mda RPackage

I am unable to install ROracle & obliqueRF RPackages because of dependency package "mda" erroring out. I am trying to install the packages in an air gapped environment (no external internet access). I have the latest version of mda package 0.4-10 in my miniCRAN repo. Below is the error & it doesn't provide much info. Any idea on how to resolve this issue.

dependency mda package is erroring out
make: *** [mda.so] Error 127
ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘mda’

Apologies for the lack of response here! ROracle is known to be quite the painful package to work with. Perhaps reaching out to the maintainers of the mda package would be helpful? It is concerning that the package is failing while providing such limited information!
