Error: Lazy loading failed for package "OpenRepGrid"

Hello,
I am trying to install an "openrepgrid" package and it always crushes with an error saying

ERROR: lazy loading failed for package ‘OpenRepGrid’

  • removing ‘/usr/local/lib/R/3.6/site-library/OpenRepGrid’
    Warning in install.packages :
    installation of package ‘OpenRepGrid’ had non-zero exit status

I have tried some other discussions online, but nothing worked. My teacher does not know what to do with it. I would be very grateful for any advice. I do not understand Rstudio, we are using it for a psychological analysis at UNI...

Could you please post the whole error message? You are omitting the important parts.

Thanks a lot for responding. I have already installed a different version (older) of R and it works all fine now...
