error message when using library()

Error Information:

Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘forecast’ in loadNamespace(j <- i[[1L]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[j]]):
there is no package called ‘fansi’

Description of issue -
im trying to download forcast and tsutils. But when i use library, they see, to not find the files....
Steps taken so far -
none

System Information:

  • RStudio Edition: (Desktop or Server)
  • RStudio Version: uses this one
  • OS Version:
  • R Version:

install.packages("fansi")

Ensure you always install the packages before you load them (only need to do it once).
