Error Information:
Brand new installation.
During startup - Warning message:
package ‘stats’ in options("defaultPackages") was not found

unable to load shared object 'C:/Program Files/R/R-4.0.3/library/stats/libs/x64/stats.dll':
LoadLibrary failure: The specified module could not be found.
Description of issue -
Steps taken so far -
uninstalled and re-installed R (first) and then RStudio. Verified that stats.dll is in the location specified. Verified that STATS package runs in R.
