Error parsing manifest: Manifest file count

I am not an R developer, and have been asked to deploy a ShinyApp for someone. I keep getting this error, and cannot find anything on Google about it. There are no files other than the app.R and a folder with 2 images?

Error: Unhandled Exception: Child Task 826945743 failed: Error parsing manifest: Manifest file count (7479) greater than maximum allowed (7000)
