I am able to get the login screen of R Studio but then when I am entering the credentials I am getting the error message "Error: ReferenceError: encrypt is not defined". Further , my colleauges are getting a sign-in button on the screen but I am not getting it.

I assume this is in RStudio Server? Is it the pro or open-source edition? It sounds like you might have something blocking pop-ups somehow, if you're not even seeing the dialogue box the rest of your colleagues are.
I saw this error when there was a permissions problem with the tmp folder rstudio server was trying to use.
