Error Starting R - help

Merry Christmas..

R studio was working perfectly fine today until it has this coming up..
Can someone help me troubleshoot and find a solution please? I have tried uninstall and install multiple times and have the latest version of both. Thank you!

I open via terminal and via the application folder - go to the same error message

I have no clue what this is! i couldn't event log onto R studio!
