Error : Unable to establish connection with R session, help

I am new to R and R studio,
I am currently using windows 10 with R 4.0.2 and RStudio Desktop 1.3.1056.

Every time I enter anything into any part of RStudio desktop I receive the message:
Error: Unable to establish connection with R session

I am able to use R with no issues however.

I have tried Resetting RStudio Desktop's State as suggested in other posts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
