Hi
I am new to R. Till last week I was able to run some of scripts like DEseq etc. This weekend I am unable to create even an object in R studio. It shows error that "unable to establish connection with R session". I uninstalled my R studio then again installed R pack 3.6 followed by installation of R studio. But still it is showing same error. I installed antivirus last week so I checked if by chance antivirus is blocking the connection but that is not the case either. I stopped even the VPN connection.
Please help. I need to run R scripts for my research work. Highly appreciate.
