Error when publishing to RPubs

I've been trying to publish an html document, generated by knitr, to RPubs. I'm getting the following message:

Error in ifelse(isUpdate, id, result$location) :
replacement has length zero

In addition: Warning message:

'x' is NULL so the result will be NULL
Execution halted

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
