I am having issue when loading the any of the library as follow, i try to reinstall R studio and the problem still persist, any advice on this?

Does your R installation work outside of RStudio? Have you tried reinstalling R itself?

R is working fine outside RStudio, Yup i've re-install R, R studio and rtools.
This is odd and I am guessing here since I am not a Windows user myself, but I am wondering why the 32bit version of R is used here. Have you installed both the 32bit and the 64bit versions? Or have you tried installing only the 64bit version? Which version of the RStudio IDE are you using?
