Fatal Error: ERROR r error 4 (R code execution error)

I've been using RStudio (not sure version, maybe 1.3) for months. When launching RStudio today, I am getting the following Error and Rstudio window shows the menu items, but no response at all when clink on it. What it happens and what is the solution?
