Forest plot with percent change

Hello,

I used forest plots with mean difference, but I would like to use "percent change" to adjust for baseline values across selected studies.

Is there a way to use forest plot with percent change? There are standardized mean difference and mean proportion from metacont package, but I'm wondering if there is a R code to use percent change: (endline - baseline) / baseline for forest plot.
