 Generalized Additive Models - Result Interpretations

I am very new to the GAM and would be grateful for all the advice about my questions below:

1. Can we obtain the odds ratio of my predictor from the GAM as we did from the regular logistic regression? If GAM is not about telling the odds ratio, then how should I report this finding?
2. Can someone help me generate the plot associated with this analysis?
Family: binomial

Formula:
disease ~ s(percentage)

Parametric coefficients:
Estimate Std. Error z value Pr(>|z|)
(Intercept)    0.586      0.308   1.902   0.0571 .

Approximate significance of smooth terms:
edf Ref.df Chi.sq p-value
s(percentage) 1.618  2.024   1.06   0.586

R-sq.(adj) =  -0.00173   Deviance explained = 3.04%
UBRE = 0.38038  Scale est. = 1         n = 47
