After i have configured my RStudio to use Git version Control, my RStudio got frozen and now, when i try opening RStudio, it opens Git Desktop in paralell, but RStudio never completes initialization, staying in a whitescreen all the time.
I have only had to use this once and it fixed a different problem I was having. I renamed the original folders per the recommendations but did not need to revert. Good luck
Many thanks. It worked. I have renamed the RStudio-Desktop folder and then restarted my RStudio...then my git sync conf has been removed and I could start the RStudio normally and reconfigure my Git Sync...
