Github Desktop with RStudio

Hi,

I would like to learn how to connect Github Desktop with RStudio. I am able to find resources where we connect git with RStudio using command line. But I am more comfortable with Github Desktop and have used for cloning projects before locally. Can anyone help with some resource that shows how Github Desktop can be used with RStudio.
