Global options doesn't open

Hi,
I can't open Global options panel in RStudio v. 1.3.393 on windows 10.
It started with RStudio opening warning about http(s) repository that I fixed placing a a line into .Rprofile. So that's gone but still can't open Global options in Tools menu. When I install a latest stable version or latest preview release version of RStudio - it works, but not with daily builds.

Any advice please,

A better place for bug reports is the github repository, you could file an issue there and get more attention from the developers.
