I am using Connectome package and i am new to R.i am trying to make some graphs in Connectome.It was fine up to yesterday I made all graphs for 1st sample. Now when I am doing same for next sample R is behaving weird. iT MAKE FIRST GRAPH AND EVEN VARIABLES ARE DIFFERENT FOR SECOND FRAPH IT REGENRATES FIRST GRAPH.
For example my first graph is for PDGF and second variable is EGF out put is same. WHY IS IT HAPPENING? KINDLY HELP
