grey Rstudio, not able to create R scripts

I cannot write a new R script, or open my R scripts through R studio.
When I am trying to open a saved R script it says: no such file or directory.
Rstudio is grey in the section of creating a file.
I have tried to reinstall Rstudio but it does not work.
Could you help me?
