Grouping data for specific time points on R

Hi,

I have data collected at 3 different time points. For each time point I have 3 different controls and then 7 different concentrations for an added treatment. Data is set out like this:

Control 1 Control 2 Control 3 Conc 1 Conc 2 Conc 3 Conc 4 Conc 5 Conc 6 Conc 7 Time point

I want to plot a histogram showing all the concentrations on one axis against one of the controls and then for each time point separately.
