Having trouble with a project in rstudio cloud

Hello, I am using rstudio.cloud for MBA stats class and I am unable to load either of the projects my professor has created for us. URL for project Advance Work Session 1: https://rstudio.cloud/spaces/5805/project/159196/
URL for project Session 1: https://rstudio.cloud/spaces/5805/project/159208/.

I have tried shutting down, opening in a different browser, restarting and nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to open other projects or create new projects?

What are you seeing when you open the projects? If possible could you send a screen shot of your network tab and any console messages when you open the projects?
