My pc has been mapped recently and R and RStudio have been reinstalled but I couldn't open any of my scripts saved in the sharedrive. I am temporarily granted a write-read permission and tried to uninstall/install even earlier version of R but still without success. All files however can be opened in RGUI. Thanks for your help
