I am working on large data set related to simulations. I have to make multiple graphs from single csv file that contains all the data (values from variable metabolite combinations) but I am unable to get a code for this. Can anyone help me: an idea about the dataset:

Minimal Dataset (Sample Data)
You need to provide a data frame that is small enough to be (reasonably) pasted on a post, but big enough to reproduce your issue.
Let's say, as an example, that you are working with the iris data frame
head(iris)
