help is needed for coding for multiple graphs from a heterogenous large data csv file in R

Hi,
I am working on large data set related to simulations. I have to make multiple graphs from single csv file that contains all the data (values from variable metabolite combinations) but I am unable to get a code for this. Can anyone help me: an idea about the dataset:
