Help lost shinapps credentials and slow map loading

...HI we have two problems - programmer left and credentials for our map on shinyapps are incorrect. The map is taking 20 seconds to load and we need help - doesnt seem to be a way to contact shinyapps support to get this fixed as cant login without credentials - appreciate any help.

If this is your account, can you get the credentials from the programmer, or reset them?
Or get a copy of the shiny app project and deploy it from your account?
