Help to build a tidymodels procedure for grain yield prediction

Good morning to everyone,
I will explain my case study.

I have acquired for 3 consecutive years yield data of durum wheat.

But before the harvest I have performed 3 flights each year with the drone to acquire multispectral data.

So I have 3 years of yield, and 9 flights in total.

So my question is how to set a recipe, workflow and tuning parameter in order to predict the yield using the 3 flight of that year.

Also I want to specify that I have numerical data for each sample point.
