I just started with R and I'm a bit stuck trying to analyze data for a project.
I'm studying invasive crayfish populations and I'm having a hard time figuring out which statistical test I should use to analyze my data. I did competition experiments, so I had 9*2 crayfish paired together and used in multiple treatments (once per treatment). I would like to know if each pair differs from treatment to treatment and if this difference is consistent between pairs.
