Help with Java/Tabulizer

I keep getting this error when trying to load tabulizer in R.

Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘tabulizer’: .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'tabulizerjars', details: call: NULL error: .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'rJava', details: call: fun(libname, pkgname) error: JAVA_HOME cannot be determined from the Registry

I have downloaded Java onto my computer again. Shut the computer down. Shut R down. I have no idea what else to try.
